Lyndie's Famous Flank Steak

Really really good flank steak. The only way my sister Cassidy will eat red meat.

Prep time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Course: Main Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 2 1 1/4 Pound Flank Steaks
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Dry Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic - Minced

Instructions:

Prick both sides of steak with a fork.

Combine all other ingredients and add to steak in a zip-top bag.

Let marinate in fridge for 24 hours.  Turn occasionally

Cook on a hot grill to desired doneness.  I like medium rare.

Let rest for 10 minutes and cut into thin strips against the grain.
