Braised pork shoulder. Boston Butt. Don't have a smoker? Cook your BBQ in the oven! Serve in tacos, or add sauce for good southern BBQ.

Bean Burger

A hearty bean and meat soup my father used to make. Kind of like a chili without all the chili powder or tomatoes. You'll like it.

This is a variation of a recipe I saw on Good Eats. Man this stuff is hot and good. Put it on grilled chicken, pork, beef, an old shoe... My favorite is to serve this with green peas. Don't ask me why.

Chipotle Beef Marinade
Rating : Not Rated

A great marinade for beef. I like to leave beef tenderloin in this marinade at least 8 hours. The key is the chipotle peppers. Smokey and spicy. Look for the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in your mexican food isle.

Keywords: beef, chipotle, Marinade, Marinate, spicy
