Creamed Corn

This is adapted from a recipe by Frank Stitt. I added the strong flavor of rosemary. Omit the rosemary for a more traditional southern creamed corn.

Chocolate Sabayon Pie

Gravy

Um... it's gravy. So put it on your turkey or pork or old shoe. It is yummy. This one has some interesting ingredients for flavor. It's also a little different because it doesn't use the pan juices.
