A great marinade for beef. I like to leave beef tenderloin in this marinade at least 8 hours. The key is the chipotle peppers. Smokey and spicy. Look for the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in your mexican food isle.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Oil
- 2 Chipotle Peppers with 1 Tbsp additional Adobo Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Dump into a zip top bag and put your meat in. Let it sit at least 8 hours. Every few hours turn the bag over.
