There are a lot of really great recipes on this site, but it looks like most of the vegetarian ones are for side dishes and desserts...  I'd love to hear from you guys about your favorite vegetarian entrees so I can build up my recipe box!  You know, you don't have to BE a vegetarian to love vegetarian cooking!

I came here because of Kelly, who came here because of Harper, and I guess now that I've posted a whopping Three Whole Recipes, I should come say hello on this here blog.  So... nice site.  Can't wait until this is the MySpace of the food world and I can say I was there when all the users fit on one page.
