Tapioca Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. tapioca
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 oranges, diced
- 3 bananas, sliced
- pineapple drained
- grapes
Instructions:
Soak tapioca in water for 4 hours or overnite. Cook in top of double boiler for aproximately 1 hour with salt. Stir in 1 cup sugar and let cool. When ready to serve add fruits and whipped cream.
