Ingredients:
- 2 large cans Mexican corn, drained
- 1/2 bunch green onions
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1/4 jar pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1 small can chopped green chilis, undrained
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together, adding mayo gradually until dip is the consistency of pimento cheese.
Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
