- 2-1/2 c. pancake mix (Aunt Jemima preferred)
- 2/1-2 c. milk
- 1 t. baking powder, rounded
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2-1/2 rounded T. corn meal
- 1 egg
- 1 T. cooking oil
Instructions:
"Have skillet hot enough so that water drops in the cooking oil jump up and down." Usual method for cooking pancakes. Usual toppings. Unusual goodness!!!
