Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless cooked chicken; cut up
  • 2-3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mild enchilada sauce
  • 1 dozen corn tortillas
  • 1 lb longhorn cheese; shredded

Instructions:

Brown onion in butter. Add soups and a little milk to thin mixture. Add

chicken and enchilada sauce. Mix well. In a greased 9X13 dish place layer

of corn tortillas, layer of chicken mixture, layer of cheese. Repeat

layers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 min until bubbling.
