Turkey Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups corkscrew pasta
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese (w/ jalapeno); divided (2 half cups)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can whole kernel corn; drained
- 1/2 cup green onion; chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey; shredded
- 1 large/ 2 small tomato; chopped
- 1 can olives; chopped
- tortilla chips; crumbled
Instructions:
In greased 12 X 8 baking dish, combine pasta and 1/2 cup of cheese.
In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder,
corn, green onions, and turkey. Spread evenly over pasta mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 30 min.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
Garnish with remaining ingrediants and crumbled tortilla chips.
