Heat oven to 350°F and lightly toast pistachios (if desired) on baking
sheet for about 5 min, stirring occasionally.
Melt chocolate in microwave: set to medium power and heat for 2-3 minutes
stirring in between. Stir until smooth (heat longer if necessary). Melt
white chocolate following the same directions.
Combine nuts and cranberries in a bowl, then stir half of them into
semisweet chocolate. Spread mixture thinly (but without holes) on large
cookie sheet. Drop white chocolate in large spoonfuls over the mixture.
Swirl with knife to create a marble effect. Sprinkle the rest of the nuts
and berries over top.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.
