Cut baquette into 30 1/2" thick slices. Place on large baking sheet. Bake at 425F 5-7 min or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool
Combine crab, lemon rind and juice, sour cream, chives and parsley. Add salt and papper to taste
Spread each bread slice with a heaping tsp of cream cheese. Top with crab mixture
Makes 30 appetizers
