Ingredients:
  • 4 slices applewood smoked bacon (neuske's)
  • 2 peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco
  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:
To prepare sauce, cook bacon and onion over medium heat in a large saucepan 8 minutes or until onions are slightly softened. Add garlic, worcestershire, and pepper; cook 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant. Add ketchup, oj, lemon juice, honey and tabasco to pan; cook 30-45 minutes on low simmer or until the consistency of bbq sauce (pretty thick). (this can be made in advance)
To prepare pork, preheat grill. Brush tenderloins evenly with 1/2 bbq sauce. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Grill 20 minutes or until pork reaches 150 degrees (slightly pink inside). Remove from grill and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining peach bbq sauce.
