Yummy low carb chicken parm!

- 2 - 1.5 oz bags Kay's Natural Crispy Parmesan Protein chips
- 3 - large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (split in half)
- 2 eggs - beaten
- No sugar marinara sauce
Instructions:Run Protein Chips through a food processor to make crumbs.Slice each Chicken breast into in 4 long piecesDip each of the chicken pieces in the egg, then roll in the crumbs, then dip back in the egg and roll in Parmesan cheese. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through.
Place 3 pieces on plate top with warmed marinara sauce and more Parmesan cheese. Yummy! Serves 4.
