Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine 1-1/4 cups sugar, butter, and eggs in mixer. Beat until fluffy and blend in sour cream. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder; add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and blend well. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into greased and floured 10" tube (or bundt) pan. Mix nuts, cinnamon and remaining sugar together in small bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of the nut mixture over batter. Spoon on remaining batter, sprinkle on remaining nut mixture. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
