In the field of transmission parts , transmission machinery industry at the same time almost all modern machinery products are taking a more advanced production technology and production from , such as forging, casting technology has become indispensable in modern industrial manufacturing an important factor .Especially for the purposes of transmission parts , either forged or cast are numerous transmission parts manufacturing process technology, such as forged rivetless chain, conveyor roller bearing, CC600 chain, Inverted trolley
variety of different types and shapes of transmission parts .
At the same time advanced manufacturing processes , not just manufacturing production conditions while an important means of improving product quality .For example , Roller Bearing wheel using forging technology can greatly enhance the product's precision and dimensional accuracy.Conveyor roller bearing
mainly by large industrial machinery and equipment used in the link , conveying power transmission system, can in many different areas of use of the transmission system , including mechanical transportation, industrial manufacturing, loading and unloading of large products .
For industrial products, product quality is the most critical factor . How to ensure product quality while improving product quality is the most critical .This is especially true for the transmission parts , Transmission parts
traditional production does not have a lot of advanced manufacturing technology , and product precision and dimensional accuracy are lacking , but with the increasing demand for modern industrial production , these must be available. For example ,Forged rivetless chain
is mainly used in large-scale transport links, for the transport of goods or the mechanical heavyweight product, forged rivetless chain to ensure the strength and hardness is required , and the other is a very important Inverted Trolley transmission member , can be used in many different transmission systems, including monorail conveyor, overhead conveyor , and other drive train .
So, forging technology is important to ensure transmission quality parts guarantee .
So, how to make good forging technique can be applied to the production of transmission parts , reasonable collocation forging to produce transmission parts . This will require the forging of different transmission technologies to produce products such as forged chain can include forged block link chain, drive chain must have a high intensity of these products work requirements?
MILAN, Italy -- Juventus beat bitter rival Inter Milan 2-1 in an entertaining match at San Siro and remained nine points clear at the top of Serie A after Napoli won 5-3 in a thrilling game at Torino on Saturday. It took Juventus less than three minutes to take the lead with a stunning strike from Fabio Quagliarella. Rodrigo Palacio levelled in the 55th but Juventus was back in front five minutes later when Alessandro Matri fired in from close range. Inters Esteban Cambiasso was sent off for the first time in his club career following a brutal tackle on Sebastian Giovinco as the final whistle sounded. He later went into the Juventus dressing room to apologize to the young striker. "We achieved a great result, as in my view Inter is capable of beating anyone," Juventus coach Antonio Conte said. "We put another brick down on the foundations of the Scudetto, but we have to be careful of Napoli and AC Milan who are behind us and cant wait to make the most of any slip-up." Substitute Edison Cavani scored a late double to keep Napolis slim title hopes alive. Milan remains two points behind Napoli after beating 10-man Chievo Verona 1-0, taking a huge step towards securing a Champions League berth after Fiorentina and Roma lost. Lazio came from behind to beat Catania 2-1. At the other end of the table Genoa drew 2-2 with Siena in a relegation battle. Juventus was keen for revenge after Inter ended its 49-match unbeaten streak in November. And it got off to the perfect start when Quagliarella curled a shot into the top right corner from 25 yards. Palacio levelled 10 minutes after the interval, collecting Antonio Cassanos pass and forcing his way into the area before slotting past Gianluigi Buffon. Juventus riposte was quick when Quagliarella just managed to keep Arturo Vidals ball from going over the byline and crossed for Matri to tap home at the near post. Inter was nine points off third and leapfrogged by Lazio. "Inter had another great game, theres a bit of bitterness, we deserved a draw," Inter coach Andrea Stramaccioni said. "Fabio Quagliarellas goal after a few minutes put the game on the right track for Juventus. "We played an open game in the second half and did better. Its a pity their second goal came during our best moment of the match. But were improving." Napoli knew it had to win to stay in touch with Juventus and it looked grim when Riccardo Meggiorini took advantage of a defensive howler to put Torino 3-2 up. However, Blerim Dzemaili completed his hat trick against his former club before Cavani -- who had given away a penalty earlier in the match -- secured all three points. Cavani started from the bench as the Uruguayan joined the team only late Friday after missing his flight back from international duty. Napoli striker Marek Hamsik also saw his first-half penalty saved. "We had a great game," Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri said. "And I am happy even if we again made sloppy defensive mistakes, which could have cost us points. "We have grown in comparison to last year, even if at times we hurt ourselves. We have grown a lot, we have 11 more points, but a more mature squad would have gone 2-0 up and controlled the game; instead we made life difficult for ourselves." Milan was six points above fourth-place Fiorentina after Mario Balotelli helped it to another victory. Chievo goalkeeper Christian Puggioni could only parry Balotellis fierce free kick and Riccardo Montolivo was quickest to react and smash home the rebound. Dario Dainelli was sent off for Chievo following a second booking 13 minutes from time. Fiorentina lost 2-1 at Cagliari in front of an empty stadium as Is Arenas was again closed to fans because of safety issues. Roma remained level on points with Inter after it suffered a shock 2-0 defeat at relegation-threatened Palermo. Josip Ilicic and Fabrizio Miccoli scored for Palermo which also hit the woodwork twice. Palermo moved off the bottom spot with its first win since November and was just three points from safety after Genoas draw with Siena. Pescara was six points from safety after it lost 3-0 at Parma. Elsewhere, Antonio Di Natale had a penalty saved as Udinese drew 0-0 at home to Bologna. There was also a goalless draw between Atalanta and Sampdoria. cheap nfl jerseys . LOS ANGELES -- The Memphis Grizzlies got down in the trenches again and grabbed home-court advantage from the Los Angeles Clippers. Zach Randolph scored 10 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter and the Grizzlies capitalized on Blake Griffins ankle injury to beat the Clippers 103-93 on Tuesday night, taking a 3-2 lead in their first-round playoff series. "It certainly feels better than going home down 2-3," coach Lionel Hollins said. Mike Conley added 20 points for the Grizzlies, who will try to wrap it up Friday night at home. The Pacific Division champion Clippers, who won their last seven games of the regular season to clinch home-court advantage for the first two rounds, would force a deciding seventh game on Sunday back at Staples Center with a win in Memphis. "Were not going to lay down and were never going to give up," coach Vinny Del Negro said. "Were going to play hard, play together and try to do what we can to make it work. Weve got to regroup and see how healthy we can get between now and then." Chris Paul led Los Angeles with 35 points, tying a career playoff high. "Weve got to be desperate. Thats how it is," Paul said. "Ive said the playoffs dont start till somebody loses at home, so I guess now theyve started. We lost here at home. Now its do or die in Memphis." Griffin was late joining teammates on the floor for warm-ups because he was getting his right ankle worked on. The three-time All-Star rolled it during Mondays practice when he stepped on Lamar Odoms foot during post drills, but no one in the organization let on, and Del Negro didnt broach the subject during his pregame briefing with reporters. "I kept being optimistic," Griffin said. "Our training staff did a great job giving me treatment. Ive never had a high ankle sprain before." Once the game started, Griffin ignored the ankle issue and attacked the Grizzlies in the same reckless manner that has been his trademark since he came into the league. But he played only 19 minutes -- six in the second half -- and finished with four points, five rebounds and five assists. He also got a technical foul from referee Jason Phillips just 3 minutes into the game after scoring on a fastbreak layup and shoving centre Marc Gasols arm. "Its tough. B.G. tried to give it a go, like we all knew he would," Paul said. "Right now were fighting for our lives. Its a tough blow, but what can you do? Weve got to find a way to get through it and figure it out. Thats what the playoffs are all about. "We tried to come out with some energy. Weve just got to find a way to get everyone involved. As a point guard, Ive got to find a way." Gasol finished with 21 points and eight rebounds in a foul-plagued 31 1-2 minutes. He picked up his fifth with 5:39 left in the third quarter, and still managed to be a factor in the fourth. "We won with defence," Gasol said. "Zach did an amazing job under the basket, but defensively is how we won the game." Memphis took its biggest lead, 65-52, on Conleys three-point play with 6:28 left in the third quarter. The Grizzlies opened the fourth with a 73-65 advantage before the Clippers closed on Pauls layup and Matt Barnes fastbreak slam off a long pass by Jamal Crawford. From then on, it was up to Paul and the reserves to bail out the Clippers. But Randolph was too much to deal with again, following his dominant efforts in Games 3 and 4. "We knew these guys were going to come out firing, which they did," Memphis guard Tony Allen said. "Our whole thing was just keeping our composure, playing hard, playing together and not letting those guys get those lobs and the highlight stuff that they normally do. Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph were huge for us." Tayshaun Prince helped wrap it up with a layup and a 3-pointer in the final minutes after the Clippers got within five on a short jumper by Crawford with 1:49 remaining. "I thought we withstood the early barrages of energy that they had," Hollins said. "In the second quarter we set the tone of the game with our defence and we played with that the rest of the game. After Marc got his fifth foul, Zach took over and carried us with his big plays and Prince hit a couple of big shots." During a bruising opening half, 24 fouls were called and neither team led by more than four until Gasols three-point play gave the Grizzlies a 46-40 margin with 2:35 left. Griffin picked up his third foul on the play and his second in a span of 28 seconds. One key sequence came when Conley hit an off-balance 11-foot bank shot with 1:08 left in the half and Clippers reserve centre Ryan Hollins threw the ensuing inbounds pass right to Randolph. Moments later, Conley converted two free throws to give Memphis a nine-point lead 48 seconds before intermission. "I dont try to match anybody. I am just playing my game," Conley said. "A lot of guys are going to try and get 40 on us. I just try to stay within myself and the teams game." With the sellout crowd of 19,384 urging him on, Paul responded with a 3-pointer. His driving layup was blocked by Prince at the end of the half. "Weve got to do it for two halves, no matter whos on the court," Dwane Casey reiterated after his team fought back from a 13-points halftime deficit but came up short, 99-94 to the New York Knicks (41-26) at the Air Canada Centre Friday. Anderson started the second half in place of Rudy Gay, who aggravated a reoccurring back injury in the second quarter, and proceeded to score 20 of his career-high 35 points in the third frame as the Raptors (26-43) trimmed their deficit to as little as two. In the end, Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks sharpshooters proved too much to overcome as New York took the first game of a weekend home-and-home series with Toronto. "He scores in so many different ways," Anderson said of Anthony. "We tried to throw as many different looks at him as we could but Melos going to be Melo and he knocked down some pretty tough shots." Anthony poured in 37 for the Knicks, who shot 10-of-22 from three-point range as a team. Gay headed straight for the locker room late in the first half and remained for the rest of the game, receiving treatment on his ailing back. "I saw it when it happened," Casey said. "He stepped and got pushed at the same time and tweaked it." Fast Breaking Points - Why you match-up For the third time this season, Casey opted to start Landry Fields against his former team in an attempt to match-up with Anthony and the small Knicks unit that was even smaller on Friday without the injured Tyson Chandler. In an ideal scenario, every coach should be confident enough with his group to force the oppositions hand in regards to match-ups however thats simply not the case for a young team well below .500. In this instance, the Raptors frontcourt rotation -- as it is usually pieced together -- would have been over its head against a superior Knicks offence that is very good at what it does best. As Anthony keeps the defence occupied New Yorks many shooters spread the floor well, swing the ball and generate open looks, something they did to perfection on Friday, especially in the first half. This style of basketball wont be effective every night but when their shooters are locked in theyre exceptionally difficult to defend while youre also focused on the many ways in which Anthony can beat you. "Ive guarded everybody so Ive seen everything," Anderson boasted, discussing his match-up with Anthony. "Hes going to make tough shots, Im just there to make the shots tough." On this night the adjustment did not pay off. Although Fields had done an admirable -- at times impressive -- job on Anthony in the first two meetings, there was no answer for him this time around. Anderson challenged him aggressively down the stretch but the results were similar. Additionally, Jonas Valanciunas -- who continues to experience growing pains defensively as his minutes increase -- had a tough time keeping up with the smaller and more experienced Kenyon Martin (19 points, 11 rebounds). The decision to adapt to the strengths of the opposition may not be a popular one but unless youre good and experienced enough to impose your will, its probably the wise one. The Stat: The Knicks outscored Toronto by 10 in the second quarter, shooting 53 per cent from the field and 4-for-7 from three-point range while the Raptors were held to 25 per cent on 2-of-8 from long distance. - Anderson and the comeback Weve seen this from him before. Anderson has worked hard on his jumper and has become a very good shooter. Hes also a streaky shooter, evident from the many peaks and valleys hes experienced offensively this season. On Friday, he was as locked in as ever. Most of the damage came in the third quarter, where he literally could not miss, shooting a perfect 6-for-6 from the field (including 3--of-3 from long range).dddddddddddd The Raptors offence, which was on life support in the first half, came to life around Anderson. Kyle Lowry -- 9 points, 10 assists -- hit a couple big threes in the third quarter and DeMar DeRozan came to life, scoring half of his 18 in the final period. Toronto nearly clawed all the way back, narrowing the Knicks lead to two midway through the fourth before Anthony and Martin silenced the run with timely shots and big offensive rebounds. In the end the Knicks spoiled Andersons career night. "It feels real good personally," he said about his performance after the loss. "But when you cant get the win you wish you did a little more." So far this season, Anderson has scored 20 or more points against some impressive company that includes the Knicks (twice), Heat, Thunder, Bulls, Rockets and Bucks (as well as the Kings). Sure, the Raptors are 2-7 in those games but when you consider their overall record and the fact that the list above consists of some elite teams, thats probably to be expected. "Hes a veteran, hes been through the wars [and] nothing intimidates him," Casey said of Anderson. "Hes one of our older, elder statesmen with experience and that shows in those situations. Nothing excites him, hes seen every defence. Nobodys going to intimidate him. Hes not going to get overly frustrated and let something take him out of the game. Thats how he plays [and] in this league thats what wins." When his jumpers not falling, Anderson tends to struggle with shot selection often forcing his game and trying to do too much at the expense of the offence. That is the only thing that could potentially hold him back from being a significant part of somebodys rotation next season and in the future. With that said, his energy, defensive intensity, work ethic and leadership abilities -- on and off the floor -- have been consistently strong all year. Those intangibles, on top of the big games hes put up against potential future employers this year, should earn him a substantial raise in the offseason. Based on salary cap restrictions and Torontos surplus of wing players, his next chapter will likely be written elsewhere. However, when you consider what was expected of him this season and the fact that he didnt sign his first 10-day contract with team until Mar. 26 of last year, its safe to say he has gone above and beyond for the Raptors. Notables and Quotables Gay did not travel with the team to New York and wont play in Saturdays rematch against the Knicks. Hell remain in Toronto to receive treatment on his sore back and will be considered day-to-day. ... Chandler missed his fifth straight game with a strained neck. The Knicks were also without Amare Stoudemire (knee), Kurt Thomas (foot) and Rasheed Wallace (foot). ... Toronto has lost three straight and 10 of its last 13 games. ... The Raptors failed to record 20 assists (19) for the fifth consecutive contest. ... With 10 points and seven boards, Jonas Valanciunas has scored in double figures in seven of the last eight games and has grabbed six or more rebounds in seven straight contests. Former Raptors centre Marcus Camby celebrated his 39th birthday on Friday (he was traded from Toronto as a 24-year-old) and guard Jason Kidd turns 40 on Saturday. "If we approach[ed] the first half the way we did the second half and not tip-toe our way through, its a different game." -- Casey "We were competing but we just werent getting anything done. We werent getting stops, we were missing wide open looks." -- Casey on the first half "He has an offensive mind-set. He has a great shot, he comes in and gives us a great lift and hes been doing that all season long." -- Amir Johnson on Anderson Up Next In the second game of a home-and-home set, the Raptors travel to Madison Square Garden for a rematch with the Knicks on Saturday.
