I copied this from another site, but it looks good! [update] i realized when i was making it this recipe calls for no salt. but of course, i added lots. i also roasted the bell peppers instead of boiling. it was ok. the yogurt sauce was the star. i actually ended up w/ a lot of leftover stuffing, which i turned into a pretty decent millet vegetable soup, with the addition of vegetable stock, mushrooms, carrots, etc.
