LAMB SHRANK BAKED IN OVEN WITH YOUGHURT EGGS SICE AND BUTTER

Ingredients:
- 1 and half kilo lamb
- 4 eggs
- 1 kilo youghurt
- 4 big spoons any rice
- 100 gr light butter
- 2 spoons of flour
Instructions:
boil the lamb for one hour till it gets a bit tender than you bake it in the oven adding the rice and a bit of the juice till the mixture gets ready.for the mixture we need to use the juice from the lamb.only 2 glasses of juice we need for the mixture we add the youghurt to the juice and mix it well.beat the eggs and the eggs as well.melt the flour with a bit of water before you add it we leave the mixture untill it thickens.we dont want the mixture thick because in the oven wii thick.we add the butter on top and bake it untill it gets gold on top
