This is a quick savory recipe for a hot day. It is a bit light, so you may be hungry a few hours later if you have a real appetite!

Ingredients:
  • Organic black beans
  • Tostada shells
  • Cilantro
  • Tomatoes
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Onions
  • Salsa
  • Fresh Jalapeno

Instructions:

This is enough for four tostadas.

Take one can of organic black beans and put them into a pot so the excess water condenses.  Cut some fresh jalapeno and put a few small slices into the beans for spice, before it cooks down.

Then prepare the fresh ingredients:
Grate cheddar cheese
Chop red onions
Chop cilantro
Chop tomatoes

Then after beans cook down, put the beans and all the fixings onto the tostada shells and drop some salsa on top, and bon appetit!
