A delicious, ridiculously easy cake.

Course: Cakes/Frostings

Ingredients:

• 125g butter
• 1 heaped cup of flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup castor sugar (make sure it is castor sugar for texture)
• 2 tbsp custard powder (play with that - i use more)
• pinch salt

Instructions:

Beat all ingredients together in mixeron high for 3-4 mins

grease and flour 20 cm round cake tin

 

Bake 180C 40-45 mins

 

Top with cinnamon and sugar – wrap in foil when cool

Can be frozen.
