Beat eggs and sugar until peaky (10 mins-ish)
Stir in double sifted custard powder/CF and baking powder
Add/mix in water at the VERY END
Bake 18-20 mins 160C (325 F) in two small round tins, greased and floured beforehand
Do not open oven whilst cooking.
place the cakes one on top of the other with Jam and fresh whipped cream (not from a can) in the middle and more whipped cream on top (with fresh strawberries or grated chocolate)
