1. Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon in skillet (or flambé)
2. Keep on low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves
3. Stir in banana liquor, then put bananas in
4. Add rum
5. Cook until the rum is hot, tip the pan, and ignite the rum
6. When flames subside, remove bananas and place over ice cream
7. Spoon sauce over
